Wouldn’t it be great to be able to release fears or negative emotions as soon as they come to mind?
To be able to quickly clear away the clouds and cobwebs of frustration and bitterness that pollutes our thoughts.

Maybe you don’t worry but perhaps you know someone who does, this book can help them.

Worry can and does imbed itself into the human heart; it grows eventually overpowering our objective feelings, such as compassion, hope and joy. We need to be able to handle life circumstances without being at the mercy of our negative thoughts. Come see how it happened to me through difficult circumstances that were all God ordained.

Many complex problems came crashing down devastating my ordered life. The word that best describes all of these troubles would be “separation”. Ripped apart from those I loved none of which I wanted. The emotional straw that broke the camels back was what happened right before my mother’s death.

I had a strong relationship with Jesus but still “I felt as if a gigantic wave had come crashing down on me and I was tumbling around in the violent surf not being able to come up for air.” My pastor, a counselor, Christian friends and family could not fully minister to my aching hearts strings. To make things worse menopause came early.

I felt crushed beyond repair and feeling as though I needed psychiatric hospitalization but God strongly intervened and showed me His solution. This solution involves a method of how to easily remove negative emotions from corrupting our thoughts.

Come discover for yourself how to experience this simple method so you can get control of your emotions before your emotions have total control over you.
